Noah's Garden Art Show

Noah's Garden Art Show was a smashing success. He was really excited all day long and kept asking questions about what we do at it and if all the people would like his art. His Art pieces included painted pictures. drawings with markers, a watercolor and photograph. He say "I work hard Mom, really hard." I know he did. He was showing off for everyone and was a bit hyper for the event.
We had it at Kevin and Kieran's house. She so graciously offered to host it at her house. At one point I cancelled anything of this sort because of the stress and craziness of my life. She loves and knows me so she offered to take over and go with it. I am forever grateful to her and her friendship. I could not make it without her. That has definitely become apparant the last little while. She had a cute memory of Heber and Noah when they were babies. Heber had grab the hood of Noah's sweater when he was a lump on the floor and dragged him away. I thought that was so cute and it shows how long we have been friends.

The kids drew a "red carpet" down the driveway with sidewalk chalk to show the people where to walk. They were pretty proud of it. It started at 7 and people showed up right on time.

Here is the craft table of the things that Kieran and I had made to sell at the event. I made some of the fabric flowers. Kieran made the satin curl flower pins and the wooden blocks. She is one talented lady.

This is his depiction of Yoda. It is one of my favorites and quite popular.

We had a pretty good turnout. We got to see some people that we haven't seen in ages.

It was a perfect evening, the weather was pristine, the food was good and the kids were

all having fun and enjoying themselves.

Noah raised enough to get his I Touch and the Application

There is an application that is called ProLoQue

that works like a speech device

We decided this might be his best options since cognitively he is right on

and his therpists were trying to figure out what would be best since he

was so bright they did not want the device to hold him back.

We think this will be a good option and will allow him to answer questions

in the classroom and clarify things when people don't understand.

It is smaller, lighter and a bit more understated

We will keep everyone updated on his progress
